1. About us and these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of www.bixdo.sa (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it.

The Site is owned and operated by Meina Bixdo Trading Co Company for Trading & Import ("bixdo", "we", "us", "our").

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that this is the case.

Some products are not suitable for all users. It is your responsibility to read the product page, the contraindications in section 6, and the instruction manual supplied with the product before use.

3. Your account

You may browse without an account, but you will need one to place certain orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@bixdo.sa if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, to abuse promotions or our returns policy, for resale in breach of section 4.4, or in breach of these Terms.

4. Products

4.1 Description and imagery. We take care to describe products accurately. Photographs, renders and videos are illustrative. Colour reproduction varies between screens and minor variations in packaging, finish and accessories may occur.

4.2 Availability. All products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a substitute, a wait, or a full refund.

4.3 Regulatory status. Our beauty devices and skincare products are consumer beauty products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Cosmetic products sold on the Site are notified with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) as required. Any performance figures, study references or before-and-after imagery shown on the Site relate to the specific study or individual described, and individual results vary.

4.4 Personal use. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. Purchase for commercial resale, clinic or salon use, or export requires a separate written agreement with us. We may cancel orders that appear to be for resale.

5. Pricing and payment

5.1 All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately before you confirm your order.

5.2 We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

5.3 Despite our best efforts, a pricing or description error may occur. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.

5.4 Payment methods. We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay and bank transfer. Where offered, buy-now-pay-later is provided by Tabby and Tamara under their own terms and their own credit assessment; we are not a party to that credit agreement.

5.5 Tax invoices. We issue a VAT-compliant electronic tax invoice for every order in line with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.

6. Safety, suitability and contraindications

Please read this section before purchasing an energy-based beauty device.

Our devices are not suitable for everyone. Do not use them, and consult a qualified healthcare professional first, if any of the following apply to you:

you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implant or any other implanted electronic or metallic device;
you are pregnant or breastfeeding;
you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder;
you have a heart condition, or are undergoing treatment for cancer;
you have dermal fillers, threads, implants or recent aesthetic procedures in the treatment area;
you have broken, inflamed or infected skin, an active skin condition, or a skin cancer or suspicious lesion in the treatment area;
you are taking medication that increases skin sensitivity.

Always follow the instruction manual, carry out the recommended patch test, and stop use immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, burning, persistent redness or any adverse reaction. Please also report any adverse reaction to us at support@bixdo.sa so that we can meet our product safety obligations.

Skincare products: check the ingredient list before use if you have known allergies, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

7. Orders and contract formation

7.1 Your order is an offer to buy. It is not accepted, and no contract exists, until we send you a dispatch confirmation. An order confirmation or payment acknowledgement is not acceptance.

7.2 We may decline an order where the product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, where we suspect fraud or promotion abuse, or where delivery is outside our service area. If we decline after payment, we will refund you in full.

7.3 You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before dispatch by contacting support@bixdo.sa. Once dispatched, your cancellation rights are set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

8. Delivery

8.1 Where we deliver. All regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8.2 Timeframes. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days in Riyadh, 2–5 business days elsewhere in KSA. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays. Delays can occur during peak periods, Ramadan and Eid.

8.3 Delivery charges. Free delivery on orders above SAR 1,000; otherwise SAR 50.

8.4 Your details. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. If delivery fails because the details were wrong or you were unreachable after 2 attempts, we may return the order to our warehouse and refund it less the delivery cost incurred.

8.5 Risk and title. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or your nominated recipient at the delivery address. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

8.6 Checking your delivery. Please inspect the packaging on receipt. If the parcel is visibly damaged or the seal is broken, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours with photographs, as set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

9. Warranty

9.1 Devices purchased from the Site carry a manufacturer's limited warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your statutory rights under Saudi consumer protection law, which are not affected by this warranty.

9.2 What the warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; consumable and accessory parts; damage from misuse, accident, liquid ingress, or use outside the instructions; unauthorised repair, opening or modification; use with a non-approved power adapter; cosmetic damage that does not affect function; and products purchased from any channel other than bixdo.sa or an authorised bixdo reseller.

9.3 Skincare and cosmetic products are covered only for defects present at delivery and are subject to the expiry date shown on the pack.

9.4 To make a warranty claim, contact support@bixdo.sa with your order number, a description of the fault and, where possible, photographs or video. See the Return and Refund Policy for the process.

10. Returns and refunds

Your right to return products and obtain a refund, including the statutory seven (7) day right of withdrawal, is set out in full in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Promotions, discount codes and gifts

Promotions are subject to any additional terms published with them and, unless stated otherwise: one code per order; codes cannot be combined; codes have no cash value; and codes may be withdrawn or amended at any time before an order is placed.

Where a promotional gift, bundle item or free item forms part of an order that is later returned, the gift must be returned as well, or its retail value will be deducted from the refund.

12. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it is honest and based on genuine use, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or breach any law.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with our products and marketing, including on the Site, in advertising and on social media, until you withdraw it by contacting us.

We may decline to publish, or remove, content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, makes medical claims we cannot substantiate, or is unrelated to the product.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the bixdo name and logo, product names, text, images, video, renders, packaging design, graphics and the Site's design and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Saudi and international intellectual property law.

You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use it commercially, or use our trade marks, without our prior written consent.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: breach any law; introduce malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; scrape, mine or harvest data; place fraudulent or speculative orders; interfere with the Site's operation; or infringe the rights of others.

15. Availability of the Site

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the Site for maintenance, security or business reasons, and will give notice where reasonably practicable.

16. Liability

16.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

16.2 Subject to clause 16.1, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for loss arising from your failure to follow the product instructions, the contraindications in section 6, or professional advice.

16.3 Subject to clause 16.1, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

16.4 Subject to clause 16.1, our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic, war or civil unrest, fire, flood, government action, border or customs closures, strikes, failure of utilities or telecommunications, or carrier failure. We will notify you and, where the delay is substantial, offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.

18. Complaints and dispute resolution

We would like the chance to put things right first. Please contact support@bixdo.sa with your order number and we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

If we cannot resolve it, you may raise the matter through the Maroof platform, or through the Ministry of Commerce consumer complaint channels, or the competent Saudi courts.

19. General

19.1 Amendments. We may amend these Terms. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be notified on the Site.

19.2 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a group company or in connection with a business transfer, provided your rights are not adversely affected.

19.3 Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

19.4 No waiver. Any delay or failure by us in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

19.5 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Return and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase.

19.6 Language. These Terms are published in Arabic and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Arabic version prevails.

19.7 Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
